The Baja takes design elements of our advanced blade designs and combines that with more modestly priced materials and features, to offer Werner heritage at a lower price. Great for the budget minded paddler.
For those that take a more casual approach to paddling, we still want you to experience the feel of a Werner Paddle on the water.
Dihedral blade shape was created to direct water to flow evenly off each side of the blade creating a smooth and stable stroke.
Asymmetrical kayak blades are designed for a balanced stroke, reducing torque or twisting of the blade.
Low Angle is the most popular as it is more universal, primarily being more relaxed, but still allowing folks to paddle at a higher performance.
"Wrapped" refers to the process in how these shafts are made. Different from our upper end shafts, you can feel the comfortable outside layer.
For those that like a traditional, simple feel. Our attention to detail in texture, indexing and flex allows for confident control and comfort all day long.
