Awesome, lots of power good
"Awesome, lots of power good on the wrists and shoulders, I like this length so that the blade is less likely to scrape the sides of the kayak when doing high angle strokes."
The Shuna is our best-selling premium High Angle blade, designed for those who want mid-sized power for strokes in all directions. The perfect paddle for the coastal play environment, or for those who want a conservative feel through the water to make the miles pass with ease.
Factory Seconds: Occasionally, we encounter a paddle that falls short of our first-quality standards. Factory seconds are structurally sound but may have cosmetic issues, including scratches, porosity, fading, irregularities, and color variation. Most of these imperfections will be found on the blades. We would rather see these paddles on the water instead of going to the landfill.
We offer our standard 1-year warranty on these factory second models. We cannot offer any information or photos concerning the exact condition of the paddles. We do accept returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

"excellent very nice paddle, I went by a chart and got a 250cm length I should have went a little shorter but it will work thanks for reaching out"
"Great Paddle"
"Love it!"
"Excellent construction , lightweight, stiff paddle for more power and performance with less fatigue."
"Just awesome for my Zephyr! Absolutely love it!"
"Feather light and powerful but smooth, easy strokes. I tried this back to back with the Corryvrecken and greatly preferred the easier 'pull' of this blade. I'm 190lb and paddle a lot, so I was surprised to prefer the ''smaller'' blade, but for some reason it just ''fit'' a fast stroke rate on the mirror-smooth, windless conditions in a 14' Eddyline Equinox better. The weight of this carbon bent shaft was heavenly. I understand why it costs more than the glass, straight version."
"The paddle is great! I love how light weight it is, however the ridiculous amount of time that it took from the day I ordered it until it shipped out was so unacceptable that I would love to buy another paddle but will probably buy it from another company! I even called 2 weeks after my order was placed to see if it was being custom made and customer service told me "no the paddle is in stock". Judd H 828-773-2210"
"Great paddle. It took a while to get here because they said it had to be made. But it eventually did and I couldn't be happier. Yak is back on the water."
"A year ago, I purchased my Shuna bent-shaft paddle. Even though l had to wait until spring to try it out, it has definitely been worth the wait! Now, after using it all season, I must say that buying it was the best decision I could have made. My husband teases that if l get dumped, to “save the paddle first”! (Referring to the fact that the paddle cost more than his kayak) Haha! I have a degenerative neurological condition which limits my strength and coordination. A friend introduced me to kayaking in the summer of ‘22, and l loved it! She also introduced me to her Werner bent-shaft paddle. After that first season of me using a “Lifetime” paddle, I thought that a lighter weight bent-shaft paddle would help me to continue paddling for a few more years. I no longer have the stress on my wrists, elbows and shoulders that l felt during that first season of paddling! Even my hands were more comfortable. The bent-shaft felt as though it had been custom made to fit me! I am truly enjoying my Shuna!"
