Factory Seconds: Occasionally, we encounter a paddle that falls short of our first-quality standards.  Factory seconds are structurally sound but may have cosmetic issues, including scratches, porosity, fading, irregularities, and color variation.  Most of these imperfections will be found on the blades. We would rather see these paddles on the water instead of going to the landfill. 

We offer our standard 1-year warranty on these factory second models.  Due to their reduced price, we cannot offer any information or photos concerning the exact condition of the paddles.  We can accept returns on unused items within 30 days of purchase.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
