Journey 1 Piece Wood Straight Shaft (Factory Second)

The Journey combines our handcrafted wood shaft with a light, buoyant, fiberglass blade. This shaft option for the Journey features a beautiful blend of triple-laminated poplar, with a symmetrical walnut grip, for a familiar wood feel. The tapered oval shaft is finished with a polyurethane coating for durability against the elements.

Factory Seconds: From time to time, we come across a paddle that is not what we would classify as first quality.  Factory seconds are structurally sound but may have some sort of cosmetic issue, including scratches, porosity, fading, irregularities, and color variation.  Most of these imperfections will be found on the blades. We would rather see these paddles on the water instead of going to the landfill. 

We offer our standard 1-year warranty on these factory second models.  Because these paddles are at a reduced price, we cannot offer any information or photos concerning the condition of the paddle.  We can accept returns if you are not satisfied within 30 days of purchase on unused items.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.
