This is the third Bandit

"This is the third Bandit I have owned, and I have loved them all. The only difference in the newest is the T-grip, which is fine. The first was lost in a flood on Section 0 of the Chattooga in a flood. I found it 34 miles downstream 38 months later in a large pile of driftwood during a river cleanup that I led. About 4 years later I accidently left them both on the roadside next to the Raven Fork of the Oconaluftee. I hope who ever found them is enjoying them. It's a wonderful paddle which I have already used going up and down 5 rivers and creeks."

New grip, not better

"Picked up a full carbon Bandit few years ago, great paddle! Smooth, easy handling. I unfortunately got it pinned between rocks during a swim and cracked the blade, continued paddling to finish a fun day. (Wood blade would have snapped in half). Still solid for forward strokes but Really flexes with braces and pry’s. Can’t push off w/ it. Picked up a new Bandit and had to return it. New grip is small, hard edged and really uncomfortable."

The best C1 paddle ever made

"Whenever I go c1ing or canoeing I make sure to bring this paddle! The blade on the carbon bandit cuts through the water like butter and it allows for the perfect stroke when trying to punch through holes or waves. The paddle allows for you to cruise perfectly over the water and is so fast when racing :sign_horns: See you on the water!"

When you life depends on it, Carbon Bandit, period, end of story.

"I have been paddling a single stick for almost 30 years now, won National and World Championship’s and podium ’ed at too many events to even recall…Green River Race the past 3 years. I have tried numerous paddles over 2 decades and the last 10 years have pretty much just exclusively used a Carbon Bandit. My son, Landon, US Freestyle Team Member C-1, OC-1, 6th World Ranking in C-1 and 1st Place 2020 Junior K-1 Class Green Race with a Single Stick, all with a Carbon Bandit. Why Werner Carbon Bandit, because when it’s all on the line only the best will stand the test of time and the Carbon Bandit is our go to for everything we do. Durability, there is none better, we have never broken a Carbon Bandit ever and we beat the hell out of them. The Carbon Bandit is super light. Combine durability with light and stiff this is a recipe for success. Heavy paddles cause lactic acid to build up way to fast in your arms and crossing over is much slower when compared to light paddle like the Bandit. Larger paddles could have greater purchase and byte, but your arms will fatigue faster. The weight of the stick combined with the shape of blade allows for faster paddle cadence, think hummingbird and without the flutter that you will find in larger blades. The balance, design and build are the best in class. Trust US this is the only paddle to use when your paddling really matters. If performance, durability and design matter that it has to be the Carbon Bandit. #MadeintheUSA"
